Your order

Orders are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment (in the case that the product is in stock) and sent by Postal Service / TNT / DHL / MRW / UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased in SEEMSREAL are eligible for a full refund if returned within 15 days of purchase. If your purchase is delayed at customs, please contact the customer service department for approval of a subsequent return.

After purchasing the product, you have 30 days to exchange it for any other product of equal or greater value in the site.

A small number of products with great discount can be labelled as OFFER, this case will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.


Consumables: We do not accept returns of consumables that have been opened or used.
Shipping costs: The shipping costs of sent orders are not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service immediately.

Returns and exchange conditions

Items must be returned sealed, undamaged, unused and clean and with all original tags attached.

How to send your return or exchange

Note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. To send an item back to the SEEMSREAL:

  1. Indicate on your invoice if you are exchanging or returning the product(s)
  2. For exchanges: clearly indicate the Ref of the desired product. We recommend that you contact customer service to put your exchange item on hold so that it is not sold while we wait for your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item and Ref. of the item you would like to be put on hold.
  3. Wrap your product(s) and invoice within a package or box
  4. Forward your return or exchange using the carrier of your choice to:
