Can I order products through SEEMSREAL online store?

Yes, you only need to be registered on the site.


How do customers register on SEEMSREAL site?

To make the customer registration click here fill in the Email field in the Account Creation form and confirm by clicking Create an account. Then fill in the form with your personal data, confirm that the details are correct and confirm by clicking "register".


What are the ways to place an order?

In SEEMSREAL we accept orders from one of three ways:

  1. Directly in our Online Shop for items with sale enabled in the Online Store
  2. By phone through our Call Center (+351808222808)
  3. Order after quote for items not sold through our Online Shop

How long takes to receive my order?

Depending on the availability and Stock the product delivery time can vary from 2 days to several weeks. If your purchased products are not in Stock you will be notified of the particular ETA and we will make a re-confirmation.


I have an urgent training and I need the products, what can I do?

In SEEMSREAL we have a premium service of priority deliveries. If you need an article urgently you must report it in the notes field at time of online purchase, or communicate it by phone through our Call Center (+351808222808) indicating the order number or reference of the articles to be ordered.


I placed my order and has not come yet.

If you made your request for more than five days, you were not notified that the product was out stock and not yet received it, please contact us through our Call Center (+351808222808).


How can I pay?

Payments must be made at the time of purchase for the products available in the Online Store. We accept payments via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Bank Transfer, and the order will only be validated after confirmation of payment.
